My goals for 2021 are to get better and keep on fighting my depression and anxiety and to stay sober from self harm (it'll be a year in May and that's really really big for me!!). I want to take better care of my mind and body and I'll work on not hating on myself so much.

Hey Romee, I'm Bekka, I'm 20 years old and from beautiful Southern Germany. I'm currently studying musicology and scandinavistics. Other than that, most of my life consists of music - playing instruments, singing in multiple choirs (eff u Covid...) or just making music by myself. The rest of the time I'm either training or cuddling with my doggo - she's sending you lots of love too! I stumbled over your channel a few months ago and been binging it ever since - it always makes me so happy to see you posting a new video. I've been struggling with major mental health issues and chronic pain for most of my life and even though it's something completely different, I feel like I get the feeling of helplessness you get when you're confronted with any health issues you can't control... My life motto would probably be "Real friends try to pick you up when you've fallen and when they can't, they lay down next to you." <3
